MILTON M. BUSH, JD, CAE (RET.)

IAAR Executive Director Milton M. Bush provides strategic direction and manages the day-to-day activities of the association.
Since 1994, he has been the principal and owner of The M Companies, a government affairs consulting and association management company heavily focused in conformity assessment (inspection, testing, certification, accreditation, quality systems registration and personnel certification). Mr. Bush has represented clients before Congress, Federal agencies and international bodies, and served as the Executive Director and CEO of other national and international trade associations. Mr. Bush earned a law degree from George Mason University, is a magna cum laude undergraduate, registered lobbyist and retired Certified Association Executive (CAE).

JEANETTE PRESTON

Jeanette Preston is the Global President for Smithers Quality Assessments with offices in Akron, OH and in both Shanghai and Suzhou China. She has worked in 3rd party certification for over 25 years. She is the current President of Independent Association for Accredited Registrars and held various board positions. She was the former board chair, of the International Automotive Certification Body Association, until her term limits were reached. She is currently the International Aerospace Quality Group, Other Party Management Committee Certification Body Focal for the Americas and is a member of both the AS 9101 and AS 9104/3 teams. She is a lead auditor for IATF 16949, ISO 9001:2015 and an aerospace auditor.

EMILY DELISLE

Emily Delisle has been working within the accredited management systems third party industry since the early 2000s. For the majority of this time she operated and grew her family owned Certification Body. In June 2022, Emily joined DNV through the acquisition of her organization. She now holds the position of Director of Business Assurance in North America with overall responsibility of all operations. Emily has been a member of the IAAR since 2013 and previously served the board as the communications chair from 2018-2022. Emily currently sits on the ANAB Management Systems Accreditation Committee.

GUILLAUME GIGNAC

Guillaume Gignac has been in the Management System Certification and Conformity Assessment Industry for the past 23 years. He is currently the Global Vice President Technical Management & Quality, Business Assurance, for Intertek. Guillaume has been involved with the IAAR for the past 15 years and participated in and chaired several Committees and Task Forces. At the international level he has been involved with the IIOA (Independent International Organisation for Assurance) and the IAF (International Accreditation Forum) for the past 15 years, convening and co-convening several Working Groups and Task Forces. He is currently the Chair of the IIOA Technical Committee and the Vice-Chair of the IAF Technical Committee.

BRIAN SANDERS

Brian Sanders is currently the Director of Accredited Services for Bureau Veritas Certification in North America. Brian has been in the Testing, Inspection and Certification Industry since becoming qualified as an Auditor for Quality, Environmental and Health and Safety related standards starting in the late 1990’s and has worked directly in leadership positions at Certification Bodies and Personnel Certification and Training Organizations in both North America and abroad since 2001. At the international level Brian has lent his technical expertise to multiple committees for the development and revision to standards and process harmonization within the ISO industry. After returning to the U.S., Brian has been involved with the IAAR since 2012, participating in several committees and task forces.
